Questions Before Getting In Touch?
Here are answers to the questions we get asked most. If yours isn't covered, just ask — we're happy to help.
Every project is unique, so costs vary depending on scope, materials, and garden size. We offer free no-obligation site surveys and detailed quotes — so you'll know exactly what to expect before any work begins. Most of our projects range from £2,000 to £15,000+.
We cover the whole of South Wales including Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Bridgend, the Vale of Glamorgan, Neath Port Talbot, Pontypridd, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just give us a ring — chances are we do.
Timescales depend on the size and complexity of the project. A standard patio installation might take 3–5 days, fencing 1–3 days, while a full garden redesign could take 2–4 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline during your free consultation.
Yes — all our landscaping work comes with a workmanship guarantee. We're fully insured and use only premium materials from accredited suppliers. If anything isn't right, we'll come back and fix it at no extra cost.
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the garden, many of our customers are happy for us to crack on while they're at work. We'll agree access arrangements with you beforehand and keep you updated with photos throughout the day.
Absolutely. Whether you've got a Pinterest board full of inspiration, a sketch on the back of a napkin, or a fully drawn-up plan from a designer — we're happy to work with whatever you bring. We can also design from scratch if you'd prefer.
Welcome to South Wales! We're well used to the rain. Light rain usually doesn't stop us, but heavy downpours or storms can delay certain tasks like laying slabs or pouring concrete. We'll always keep you informed and make up any lost time. Bad weather never affects the quality of our work.
For larger projects, we can discuss staged payment options to make things more manageable. Typically we ask for a deposit to secure your slot, with the balance split into milestones throughout the project. We'll agree everything upfront so there are no surprises.
